Overview

Most teams throw money at AWS because it's familiar, not because it's necessary. We architect cloud infrastructure around modern zero-waste platforms like Vercel, Cloudflare, Render, Supabase, and Upstash, where the free tier is production-grade. For most startups and growing SMBs, the right stack costs ₹0/month in infrastructure until you hit serious scale.

Use Cases
🚀

Startups with zero infra budget

Launch production-grade apps including custom domains, SSL, CDN, Postgres, and Redis, for ₹0/month infrastructure until you reach real user numbers.

📉

SMBs overpaying for cloud

Cut a ₹50,000/month AWS bill to under ₹5,000 without touching a line of product code. We identify what can move and migrate it.

🏗

Agencies & freelancers

Deploy client projects to free-tier platforms with proper CI/CD, preview environments, and custom domains, permanently, with no monthly hosting invoice.

Internal tools & dashboards

Admin panels, reporting dashboards, and ops tooling that your team uses but doesn't need to pay cloud bills for. Running free, forever.

How We Work
01

Stack audit & cost mapping

We pull your current cloud bill and map every running service to its actual usage. Most teams are running idle compute that accounts for 80% of their bill but serves 5% of their traffic. We document exactly where money is going, what can be eliminated, and what can be migrated to zero-cost alternatives.

02

Zero-waste architecture design

We design a replacement stack built around platforms with production-grade free tiers: Vercel or Cloudflare Pages for frontends, Cloudflare Workers for edge logic, Render or Fly.io for APIs, Supabase or Neon for Postgres, Upstash for Redis and queues. Every service is chosen with free-tier thresholds in mind and clear upgrade paths documented before we start.

03

CI/CD pipeline setup

GitHub Actions pipelines with proper dependency caching, parallel test jobs, and preview environments deployed on every pull request. Automated production deploys on merge to main. Most projects stay permanently within GitHub's free 2,000 minutes/month. You get professional deployment infrastructure at zero ongoing cost.

04

Migration & zero-downtime cutover

We migrate workloads without taking anything offline. Blue-green deploys, staged DNS cutover under live traffic, database migrations with rollback scripts ready before we execute. You see the new environment running in parallel before we switch a single request.

05

Monitoring & cost alerts

We set up error tracking (Sentry free tier), uptime monitoring (BetterStack), and cost threshold alerts on any paid service so bills never surprise you. If you approach a free-tier limit, you get an alert with a recommendation, not an invoice.

FAQ

What's the catch with free tiers?

There isn't one for most use cases. Free tiers on modern platforms (Vercel, Cloudflare, Supabase, Upstash) are production-grade and genuinely generous. The limits are designed so that projects with normal traffic never exceed them. Where thresholds exist, we design your architecture to stay under them and document the exact upgrade path and cost if you ever do.

When do you actually need to start paying?

Typically when you hit consistent high traffic: more than 50,000 requests/day on Vercel, more than 500MB database size on Supabase free, more than 100,000 Cloudflare Worker invocations/day. Most clients don't reach these limits for 12 to 18 months post-launch. When you do, upgrading a single service costs around ₹1,500 to ₹4,000 per month, not ₹50,000.

Can you migrate our existing AWS or GCP workloads?

Yes. We audit what you're running, identify what can move to zero-cost platforms, migrate those services, and right-size anything that genuinely needs AWS. Most companies find 60–80% of their workload can move. We keep the remaining 20% on AWS but eliminate the idle waste.

What about vendor lock-in on these platforms?

We use Docker containers and standard APIs wherever possible. Vercel, Render, Fly.io, and Railway are all container-native. Moving between them is a weekend job, not a multi-month project. We document the egress path from every platform we use before we put you on it.

Do you handle domains, DNS, and email routing too?

Yes. Domain transfer, DNS configuration, Cloudflare proxy setup, SSL certificates, and transactional email setup (Resend, Postmark, or Amazon SES depending on volume) are all part of a standard deployment engagement.
